Before you decide

Do I need to install anything?
No. Every product runs in the browser. Canopus Way and Skin Consult Form open from a link on any phone. Check-In Studio runs on an iPad at your reception.
Who sets it up?
The technology is already built. After paying, you personalize it in a live editor with your brand and send it once. Our team verifies every detail, polishes it and publishes it.
Can I use my own logo and colors?
Yes. Your logo, your palette and your wording go on every screen your clients see.
I am not in the beauty industry. Can I use these products?
Yes. Canopus Way and Check-In Studio are built for any business that receives people: clinics, dental offices, law offices, studios and more. Skin Consult Form is made for skincare professionals.
What languages are available?
Check-In Studio and Canopus Way speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. Skin Consult Form comes in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Support is in English and Spanish.
Can I share my link with another business?
No. Each purchase is set up and licensed for one business. If a colleague wants the same product, she buys her own, with its own license.
What if I need changes later?
Before publishing, our team verifies everything you sent. Once it is live, each change has a fixed price: $29.99 in Skin Consult Form and $49.99 in Canopus Way and Check-In Studio. In Check-In Studio you can also edit the basics yourself from your panel at no cost. New features are quoted separately. Details are on each product's page.
I only need a guide for one event. Is there a plan for that?
Yes. Canopus Way has an Event plan for $297: a temporary guide with a 30 day link for fairs, conferences, weddings, retreats, sports events, schools or a short term rental. It is paid once and does not renew.
What happens if I stop paying or do not renew?
Canopus Way includes the first year of hosting. After that it is $99 per year, and you receive the payment link before the anniversary. Skin Consult Form and Check-In Studio are subscriptions that Square charges automatically until you cancel (monthly minimum: 3 months in Skin Consult Form, 6 months in Check-In Studio). If you cancel, it keeps working until the last paid day. If a payment does not go through, the product is paused and stops working; once it is paid, it comes back exactly as it was, and your photos and content stay yours.
Are there only three products?
Three today. Pro Hub Systems keeps creating products for the moments businesses live every day, and each one is used in a real business before it goes on sale. If you need something that does not exist yet, email us and describe the moment you want solved.
